Our house welcomes you in a quiet location at the foot of the Zugspitze only 10 minutes walk from the center.
Our location is the perfect starting point for numerous activities in the area.
Various lakes – Plansee, Heiterwanger See, Blindsee, Mittersee, Weißensee and Eibsee can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
Here you can look forward to direct access to the slopes. You can rent ski equipment comfortably in our house.
You can reach the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn by bus ( 2 stops near our house )
Our rooms are equipped with balcony, safe, satellite TV, hairdryer, shower/bathtub.
Free public parking is available on site.
Pets are welcome on request.

Half board at Doukas Holzstadl
We are happy to offer our guests half board at Doukas Holzstadl. The Holzstadl is located about 5 minutes (on foot) from our guesthouse. You can choose between a 3 course menu or a la carte. For menu suggestions or table reservation, please contact the reception.
