Travel cancellation insurance:
We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Payment options:
We prefer cash payment or bank transfer.
Otherwise, you have the option to pay by debit card or credit card.
Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the booking amount is due. The deposit must be paid within 5 days of booking. If this is not the case, the room will be released again.
Cancellation:
-up to 3 months before arrival “free” (no cancellation fees)
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price will be charged as cancellation fee
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the agreed total price will be charged as cancellation fee
– from 7 days before arrival 90 % of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee
– Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In case of late arrival/no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the rental price.
Please note that bad weather or rain is not a reason for a cancellation free of charge. Rebooking is also not possible.

These costs are also incurred if we are able to sublet the room in whole or in part.
With the binding booking our terms and conditions are considered as agreed.
The right of withdrawal according to §18 para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
