Something can happen at any time – a lot of traffic, traffic jams or you can start late. Please let us know this in your own interest and call us in good time.
We will be happy to send you the instructions for our key safe.
In case of unreported late arrival (after 6 p.m.) the reception is no longer occupied.

Pets:
Pets only on request (€ 15,00 per day without food)
Payment options:
We prefer cash payment or bank transfer.
Otherwise, you have the option to pay by debit card or credit card.
Deposit:
A deposit (of 50% of the total amount of the reservation) via bank transfer is required prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
-up to 3 months before arrival “free” (no cancellation fees)
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price will be charged as cancellation fee
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the agreed total price will be charged as cancellation fee
– from 7 days before arrival 90 % of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee
– Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In case of late arrival/no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the rental price.
With the binding booking our terms and conditions are considered as agreed.
The right of withdrawal according to §18 para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
For all points not listed here, the rules of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Further applicable are the AGBH

As of March 5, all Corona measures, with the exception of the FFP2 mask in public transport and in stores of daily use, are dropped
(e.g. supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy).
This regulation applies to persons 12 years and older!
