We are happy to offer our guests half board at Doukas Holzstadl. The Holzstadl is located about 5 minutes (on foot) from our guesthouse. You can choose between a 3 course menu or a la carte. For menu suggestions or table reservation, please contact the reception.
I completed my training as a chef in the restaurant “Jägerheim” in Dortmund Wellinghofen. I gained professional experience as a guard manager (cold kitchen), confectioner (sweets), entremetier (side dishes), legume (vegetables), potager (soups), sous chef (sauces and meat), advertisement (preparation, garnish, coordination of orders and delivery to the service). After my training, I worked mainly as a sous boss.
In addition, I enjoyed a second training as a salesman in the field of marketing. My many years of work as a rental chef (doukas-the-cook.com) offered me many interesting and instructive insights into the world of international cuisine and the composition of individual menus. This is where I gained my experience in management and team management.
